Specimen Sharing: The ITN also has thousands of biological specimens from clinically well-phenotyped study participants that are available for further research. An inventory of the available samples and information about submitting a proposal to request specimens from the repository are available on ITN TrialShare. If you have any questions about how to use TrialShare, please email trialsharesupport@immunetolerance.org.
To submit a research proposal for ITN samples, please fill out the TrialShare Sample Request Proposal Form and then submit it to ITN's online submission and review system. Proposals for the use of ITN samples will undergo scientific review by the ITN. Proposal submission does not guarantee its selection.
Visiting Scientist Program: The ITN has a visiting scientist program which allows interested researchers to submit proposals to collaborate with the ITN Bioinformatics group on analysis projects utilizing ITN data, computing resources, and biostatistical expertise.
